1. I started my day with a nice breakfast at Bruegger's Bagels.
2. Next Worked why too hard at work today, moving things and running around like a chicken with my head cut off.
3. I didn't run today, just didn't feel like it.
4. I finished my book Jane Slayer which was good, but I am ready to start my next book. I have a line up of five or so books to read.
5. I spent my evening watching Dirty Jobs. I learned some new things about camels like they use car oil to help the cuts on their pads on their stomachs and legs and the foam up and let their tongues hang out when the males are turned on.
