100 days

Just thought I would first note that this is my 100th day of keeping my blog. While it may not be how I want it and need work still, I'm very proud of myself for sticking with it. It is a good exercise for sticking with something. I'm trying to carry this over into the other things that I do such as my yoga no matter how hard it is. Today was my second day of doing Jillian Micheals Yoga Meltdown and it really didn't feel any easier today, but what can I expected from only my second day. It is not like my running. I have been running since February and it is still hard, but this makes me sweat and tired. My hands still hurt from the plank poses and I have learned that I can't do push-ups. I'm bad even on the girlie ones.
