Cookies

I did everything I said I was going to do today, just not how I thought I was going to. When I woke-up I feel like knitting, so I made two little stuffed balls for my cats and started another one. After that I spent a lot of the day cleaning my back bedroom. There is a lot of stuff packed in to that little room since it is my art room, spare bedroom, and storage all in one. I'm trying to get rid of things while I clean it and organize what I did have in there to take up less space. While I was cleaning I did a little baking too. I made Cinnamon Sugar Biscotti from If You Give a Girl a Cookie. They come out great and I was worry when the dough looked a little gooey to me when I was putting it on the pans. I think is the best thing that I have cooked from scratch so far.
