Out of practice

This afternoon I did Jillian Micheals Yoga Meltdown DVD for the first time, it kicked my butt. A few months back when I first got my yoga mat I got really into for a few weeks, but stopped and didn't get back to doing it. I have been meaning to start doing yoga again because I really enjoyed the stretching and movement of it. I have also had the DVD for awhile, once I saw that Jillian Micheals had a yoga dvd I knew it would be good. So today was the day that I started back up. It is going to take me a while to get good at it. My hands were really hurting from all the downward facing dog and plank poses. I'm going to try to stick with it this time. I need something else to do besides my running.
